FINALLY! The video for Solange's first single, I Decided, off of her upcoming sophomore effort SoL-AnGeL And The Hadley Street Dreams premiered last night on BET's Access Granted. The video is a "cosmic journey" through time beginning in the 60s and ending with SoL-AnGeL finding the man that she decided was the one for her.
