[ENTER THE DRU...AGAIN?]

Remember this video [above]? A few months back this video of Dru Hill surfaced. In the video they came to a local Baltimore radio station to announce the reunion of the group and then broke up again within minutes. Many people speculated whether or not the video was staged. Either way, a new Dru Hill track hit the net today...does this mean there will actually be a another Dru Hill album? We'll just have to see! Listen to Loose here; props to B. Scott for the link.

[THE ART OF LOVE: ON THE BUS]

The Soul Sessions//Art of Love Tour which features Raheem DeVaughn, Chrisette Michele && Solange Knowles is now in full swing. Although Chrisette is still promoting her debut album, I Am, Raheem && Solange are both on their sophomore projects. Raheem DeVaughn's Love Behind The Melody was released earlier this year && Solange Knowles' project SoL-AnGeL And The Hadley Street Dreams, known here at [the addicted.] as the most anticipated album of the summer, is set to be released in August. [BAD GIRLS LIVE]

Earlier this week, Danity Kane performed at New York's Hammerstein Ballroom. The girls along with Day 26 are currently on the Making The Band 4 Tour, which will also be the setting of the next season of the show. In the videos [below] not only did Danity Kane perform their second single Bad Girl, but also Stip Tease, both off of their latest album Welcome To The Dollhouse. Be on the look out for that Bad Girl video && make sure to check out this tour when it comes to a city near you.

Last week I posted the second of three videos for Kanye West's Flashing Lights which is off of his latest album Graduation. Well today the third && final video hit the net. As stated last week, the track also features Dwele && has been remixed by many artists including R. Kelly, Raheem Devaughn && Colin Munroe. Rihanna is currently preparing for the re-release of her latest project Good Girl Gone Bad which will now be titled Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded. This release will feature the original Good Girl Gone Bad tracks as well as some new material from Rihanna including her latest single Take A Bow && the Maroon 5 duet If I Never See Your Face Again. Along with the package will be a DVD featuring behind the scenes footage as well as performances from Rihanna's tour which took place internationally from December to the begining of this year. According to many recent reports, Beyonce will be the next great artist to sing the signature theme for the next James Bond movie. Amy Winehouse was originally up for the job but the plans were abandoned due to her many recent legal woes. This is definitely a good look for Bee and if all goes well she will collaborate with legendary composer John Barry on the project. There have been reports all around the net today that Nas' forthcoming ninth studio album would now be entitled Nas rather than N*gger. Nas just released a statement to AllHipHop.com saying that the album will now just be untittled. "It's important to me that this album gets to the fans," Nas told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “It's been a long time coming. I want my fans to know that creatively and lyrically, they can expect the same content and the same messages. It's that important. The streets have been waiting for this for a long time. The people will always know what the real title of this album is and what to call it." This seemed pretty much inevitable to me from jump, either way, Nas' untitled album will hit stores July 1st && with or without the title, I believe it's gonna be a dope one. Raphael Saadiq, former member of Tony! Toni! Tone! && Lucy Pearl, has not only been helping with the new highly-anticipated Solange album but also working on one of his own. The Way I See It, Saadiq's new 1960 soul-driven project, was recorded using vintage guitars, drum kits, and microphones to decently represent the 60's vibe. Okayplayer.com describes the sound as what you get when "when you mix street corner doo-wop with a touch of Bill Withers’ melancholy romance and sprinkle in some of The Five Heartbeats harmony!" This project sounds dope already, && I haven't even heard any of the material.
